This is for those
who are somewhere in the middle.
You’re not where
you started but you’re not where you hoped to be either.
You’re not falling
apart but you’re not exactly okay.
You’re showing up,
sort of. Some days. Not always.
No one talks about
this part enough.
The part where progress
is slow. Where the answers aren’t clear.
Where you’ve done
the journaling, the morning routine, the deep breathing but it still feels like
you’re waiting for something to shift.
It’s the part where your effort feels invisible. Where you are tired, not just physically, but emotionally tired from trying to make life better.
It’s the waiting room
between “I’m working on it” and “I made it”
You’re not lazy.
You’re not broken. You’re in the middle.
And it’s hard in
ways most people don’t see.
This isn’t the
part people write books about.
It’s not the
inspiring before-and -after story. It’s the long, unclear middle – the part you
just have to live through without a map.
It might feel like
you’re stuck but you’re not. You’re moving even if you can’t see it. Even if it’s
just breathing through the next hour.
You don’t have to
fix everything.
Sometimes, it’s
enough to name where you are; in between. Still here. Still trying.
If you’re in the
messy middle right now, here’s one small thing you can do.
Pick one thing that feels kind. Just one.
A
walk, a glass of water (maybe more), a text to someone safe, listening to your favorite
song or playlist, stepping outside for fresh air, making your bed, watching
something that makes you laugh or re-reading something that once brought you
comfort.
You’re doing
better than you think. Truly.
Wowww, this is beautiful and very relatable😭😭❤️❤️👏👏
