Episode 2


 The Time I Accidentally Meditated for 45 Minutes and Woke Up Enlightened(ish).


It started with good intentions.

A quick breather. Five minutes, tops.

I lit a candle, sat cross-legged like I knew what I was doing, and closed my eyes.

Deep inhale.

Slow exhale.

One with the universe...

...and then completely unconscious.

No timer. No plan. Just vibes and a very tired nervous system.

When I finally opened my eyes, the candle was halfway down, my leg was completely numb, and I had a single tear running down my cheek.

My phone said 47 minutes had passed.

Forty-seven.

And strangely? I felt amazing. Like my brain had been scrubbed with a warm cloth. Like maybe I’d just met peace in a dream and we exchanged numbers.

Later that night, feeling all cozy and reflective, I posted:

 “Sometimes rest finds you when you stop searching.”

Felt deep. Got 2 likes.

One was my cousin.

The other was my old high school seat partner.


We move.
